  2. Mobility Assessment: I’ll take you through a brief mobility assessment to identify any imbalances, limitations, or potential issues. This step ensures we prioritize your safety and adjust exercises to suit your abilities.

  3. Priming Warm-Up: Using mobility-based exercises, we’ll target the muscles and joints that need activation for the workout ahead. This warm-up not only helps prevent injuries but also optimizes your performance during the session.

  4. Workout: This is the centerpiece of our time together. Expect a strength-training workout tailored to your goals and the findings of your mobility assessment. Whether you’re learning foundational techniques or challenging your limits, every exercise is customized to your fitness level.
